This service is perfect for couples who have decided to handle most of the planning themselves. This option is the bare minimum every couple should have, because all weddings need someone to take care of the minute by minute tasks throughout the day (not your mother or your aunt Becky that has only planned her high school football banquet.)

  • Access to "Aisle Planner"- a software that tracks of our planning process and for clients to track budget, guest lists, table numbers, to-do lists, and more

  • Create timelines for bridal party, vendors, and a master timeline for the day

  • Create floorpan according to venue layout

  • Confirm timelines with vendors and ensure they know when and where to set up

  • Follow timelines and handle back up plans

  • Ensures wedding party knowns when and where they need to be

  • Assist wedding party with dresses, suits and tuxedos

  • Set up bridal inventory such as, guest book, table numbers, signage, favors, etc 

  • Alert ushers when it is time to begin escorting guests to their seats

  • Greet guests and help them locate reception tables

  • Cue couple for introduction

  • Collect all cards, gifts and bridal inventory at the end of the night to give to a designated person

  • Unlimited access to emails, phone calls and messaging 

  • Rehearsal guidance and management

  • Ensures the couple's dinner plates are made when they are ready to eat

  • Ability for your photographer to use my flat-lay kit for your detail photos
