Kayla is everything and more that you could dream of in a wedding planner! From the beginning, she was very responsive and easy to talk to. I had a million questions for her the first time we spoke (and basically every time we spoke), and she really walked me through every decision I needed to make for our wedding. She went above and beyond for us and coordinated the day expertly. Kayla even came up with unplanned party moves to spice up our reception, like creating a reveal moment for my reception dress, and getting a limbo started! She even helped me capture the night on our personal camcorder we brought, so I have priceless memories I couldn't have gotten without her help. She set up our venue so beautifully and made sure everything was perfect, it all looked even better than I could have imagined! Organization and logistics are not my strong suits so I really needed someone who could help me find the right structure and order for the day, and Kayla nailed it. She advocated for us like an absolute pro when a little bit of drama tried to happen. She's also just a super fun and kind human, who was a pleasure to have with us all day! I can't recommend Kayla enough, she will make the wedding planning process so much more fun!

If we could give her 10 stars we would!!! My husband and I hired Kayla for her day of coordination; however, she did MUCH more than that! Kayla supported us throughout the entire process as we began to navigate communicating with all of our vendors about 2 months before the big day. She successfully made the day commence without a single flaw or feeling of stress. We cannot mention enough how everything turned out the exact way we had envisioned/talked about with Kayla leading up to the day. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and they way she was able to put everything together the day of was just incredible. We cannot stop talking about how great she was and how we were so so lucky to have her!!! She is the best around!!!

We hired Kayla as our partial planner. She was so helpful throughout the whole wedding process. Our wedding day, it was so rainy and windy. I had no idea that everything was falling over during set up until after the wedding when my family told me. When I got there, everything was set up beautifully. Kayla made sure everyone knew where they had to be and made everything run smoothly the whole day. I highly recommend Kayla for all of your wedding needs!

Kayla was an absolute life saver! After stressing for months about details, I hired Kayla and immediately felt so relieved that I did. She took the time to understand what my husband and I wanted and delivered! Seeing our vision come to life on our wedding day was so incredible. Her calm demeanor was great to keep me relaxed during the day. Kayla did a fantastic job as our “day of” planner. I say “day of” in quotations because she was so much more than that. Kayla helped us from the moment we hired her months ago, all the way up until our big day. We had a destination wedding and did not get to meet Kayla in person until the day of the wedding. Whenever we contacted her, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and most importantly, available to answer our questions. Leading up to the wedding, Kayla clearly communicated what she needed and did not ask for anything excessive. She did as much of the prep ahead of time as she could and didn’t ask me to do anything she could do herself. On the wedding day, she was organized and ready to go. She demonstrated the ability to improvise on the fly, and honestly nothing about it was stressful. I wasn’t really involved in anything. If anything went wrong, I didn’t know about it. It was great. It allowed me to enjoy the wedding without stress. And as a bonus, she was the only one who knew how to bustle up by dress (with no prior instruction or knowledge) when my parents and friends couldn’t figure it out. Kayla really is special and has all the skills that make a fantastic planner and event coordinator. I cannot recommend her more. We are very great full to have found Kayla!

Going in to wedding planning I knew I was going to need a day of coordinator, as I am not very organized and knew I was going to be doing a lot of DIYing for the big day. I was so happy to find Kayla! Everything turned out beautiful and stress free the whole day. Her website was a huge help for organizing my thoughts and creating the seating chart.
